Directions: It is recommended to start with 1 dropper once per day for the first 5 days. Then increase to 2 droppers per day (one in the morning and one at night). If needed you may increase to 3 droppers 3x per day. When you take each dropper of solution hold it under your tongue for 60-90 seconds for maximum absorption.
